the location was beautiful. transportation to and from the airport was very organized and punctual. the soft sand beach and nearby restaurants.. i appreciated the clean rooms with good air conditioning, cleaned daily. arranging trips was very easy.
i noticed the room seemed a little outdated and some bulbs were missing. the bathroom's water pressure was weak, and the temperature fluctuated quite a bit. these small inconveniences impacted my experience slightly.

the resort is connected to both beaches. this makes it easy to walk from one side to the other. getting off the boat and walking to the hotel only takes a few minutes, very convenient.

the location of the hotel was very convenient. i could easily walk to restaurants and shops. the breakfast offered a good selection of items and i enjoyed the ocean views during my meals. the staff were friendly and helpful (especially at reception).
the bathroom fittings looked old, and i noticed some rust. more maintenance is needed around the site. the first room i received was not up to standard for the price. (i got another one after complaining).

the location is excellent. it made accessing both east and west sides of the area easier. the staff was very cute. they helped us with our luggage. housekeeping came everyday.
the housekeeper did not replenish the tea and coffee supplies. the water bottles were just thrown onto the table. breakfast was basic. the breakfast area was not very cozy.
i loved the hotel's location near the beach and climbing areas. the staff were very cute and helpful (i really appreciated their kindness). the hotel provides multiple pools. the beach was amazing and really close.
there was a bit of sand in our made up bed upon arrival.
